Your home is about to become a star as we get ready for your next step: the photo shoot. Our team, guided by Avatar Bob, knows that since most buyers start their search online, high-end photos and virtual tours are what make your property stand out. Think of this as your home’s first official showing to ensure we capture that perfect first impression.
- Show Ready Prep: In addition to your home staging to-do’s, turn on every single light in the house, including lamps and stove hoods, and swap out any burnt-out bulbs.
- Bathroom Details: Please hide away any used towels in the bathrooms.
- Curb Appeal: Outside, keep the driveway clear of cars and garbage cans, and make sure the lawn is mowed, leaves raked, and the snow is shoveled.
- Vacating the Property: It’s best if no one is home during the photo shoot, so heading out for about three hours will allow the pros to better work their magic.
- Our Arrival: We will arrive an hour before the photographer to do a final run-through and tweak anything that needs adjusting.
- Item Relocation: If we move anything, we’ll let you know where we temporarily stored it for the shoot.
- Providing Access: Please have a spare key ready for us to put into the Realtor lock box when we arrive.
- Locking Up: Once everyone is done we’ll turn off all the lights, lock up, put the key in the lock box, and give you a holler so you can come back home.
- Turnaround Time: The photographer should get us the photos and floor plan back in a day or so, allowing us to finish your online and print marketing materials.
- Final Delivery: Once finished, we’ll come back to your home to deliver the materials and set up your home highlights.
