  • ShowingTime App: You will get an instant notification for requests, and you can approve, decline, or suggest a new time right from your phone.
  • Show-Ready Expectations: Appointments typically have a one-hour window; please make sure the home is ready and that everyone, including pets, is out for the duration.
  • Secure Access: The buyer’s realtor uses a secure electronic key to open the lock box and access your front door key.
  • Timing & Delays: Buyers often tour homes back-to-back, so they might arrive a little past their scheduled time, but they cannot enter early and must ask permission if delayed.
  • Legal Note: In Minnesota, using security video is allowed, but recording audio without consent is illegal.
  • Feedback: ShowingTime automatically requests feedback from the buyer’s agent, which we typically receive the next day.
