  • MLS Status Options: We can choose “Coming Soon” to build anticipation without allowing showings, or go “Active” to start tours immediately.
  • Coming Soon Restrictions: Be aware that if we choose “Coming Soon,” the real estate association strictly prohibits any showings, with fines of $1,000 for violations.
  • Yard Sign & Utilities: We coordinate sign installation for your “Active” or “Coming Soon” date, including a utility mark-out to protect your underground lines.
